What Information Do You Need When I Call?

To help us provide you with exceptional service and an accurate cost we ask that you give as much detail as possible. You don’t have to be a mechanic, just try to give us an idea of what it is you believe is going on with your car. Is it an issue with the tires and wheels? Have you been involved in an accident? Or have you simply run out of gas?

Plus as much of the following as you can provide:

We’ll also need an accurate location of the breakdown, including address (if possible) if not please provide the street you are on and the nearest cross street.
Please provide the year, make, model and color of your vehicle.
The location of the keys if you plan to leave your vehicle unattended.
And the location you would like your vehicle towed.

How Much Does It Cost To Tow My Car?

What If I Don't Know Where To Go To Get My Car Repaired?

If you don’t know where to go to have your car repaired we can help. Chacon Towing & Roadside Assistance has relationships with dozens of reputable body shops, mechanics shops, and dealerships in the area. And, with a small amount of information from you, we can put you in contact with the closest shop. We can then tow your car to the shop of your choice, where they can get you in and have you back on the road in no time.

How Long Does It Take To Get A Tow Truck?

Depending upon many factors; such as your location, traffic conditions, and the time of day, we can usually get a tow truck to you within around 20 to 30 minutes.

What If I Don't Have Time to Wait? Can I Schedule An Appointment?

Yes. We provide a couple of options. If you need your car towed to a repair shop but don’t have time to wait with it, we can take payment over the phone, arrange to pick up the key, and tow it without your presence. If your repair-shop appointment is scheduled into the future we will set aside a specific window within which we’ll meet you at your car and take it from there.
